NancyLee Dahlin has worked in the elder care field for over 15 years.  She has developed and directed two adult day programs as well as creating support groups for caregivers.  Working in the non-profit industry for over 20 years has provided her with a unique understanding of the importance of mission and a solid financial foundation.

Not everyone plans to be a caregiver.  Not everyone is prepared for it.  Being the caregiver of her mother and aunt has created an interesting journey into what it means to travel this long and winding road.  With insights and wisdom that came from the many bumps in that road she gives an interesting twist on what really happens when that phone rings.
